Week 3 Weekly blog post

At my work place sometimes I get angry with how situations are treated, sometimes they are unfair, but no matter how they are I always have a smile on my face about it. This week I was able to work door when i usually work concession. Working door was really great because it gave me a break from what I usually do at work and made work more fun.

Topic Ten: Task 2

At my work place and outside of work, or at school, anywhere I go I have different ways of communicating. At work I joke around with my co-workers. At school I act goofy or serious with my friends. At my service learning placement I act relaxed but serious about what my goal is and achieving it. Any of these are ways I communicate whether it be by body language or buy talking, I believe I have a good way of communicating with others around me.

Topic Two: Task Three

I work at Carmike Movie theater. So far everything has been really good working there. Sometimes I have disagreements with others there but mainly it has been good. Working there is like a very easy job, basically you make popcorn, drinks, nachos, ice cream and when your not working you can watch new movies on a big screen for free and not do that much work for it, so in my opinion its a good job!

Topic Two: Task Two

My name is Laurel Easton and I am a student at Classic city High School. I will be graduating in December of 2009. As soon as I graduate I want to start attending Athens Technical College. At Athens Tech. I want to go to school to become a Registered Nurse, soon after i get a job as a Nurse I would like to go back to school to be a Doctor I haven't figured out what type of doctor I want to be but I know what my main goal is, and that goal is to succeed in life and as a Nurse and a Doctor, and that is where I want to be in 10 years!
